VAULT marketing | Terms and Conditions


1. Placing Orders

    Orders can be placed online or directly with our sales team.

    All orders must be confirmed in writing and are final upon confirmation.

    Changes or cancellations may not be accepted once production begins.


2. Quotes & Pricing
    Quotes are valid for the period stated and subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
    Final prices are confirmed when orders are accepted.
    Prices exclude VAT and may include additional costs such as branding, setup, and delivery.

3. Payments
    All orders are subject to payment before production unless credit terms are approved.
    Payments must be made via EFT or online through the payment gateway.
    Invoices are payable strictly within 30 days (where credit is granted). Late payments incur interest.

4. Deliveries
    Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
    Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or when goods are made available for collection.
    Customers must inspect deliveries immediately and report missing or damaged items within 3 business days.
    If delivery cannot be completed due to customer delays, storage fees may apply.

5. Ownership
    Goods remain the property of VAULT marketing until fully paid for.

6. Returns & Claims
    No returns will be accepted without prior written approval.
    Custom-branded or made-to-order goods are non-returnable.
    Claims for shortages or defects must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of delivery.

7. Liability
    VAULT marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    We offer no guarantees unless stated in writing. Goods are sold “as is.”

8. Breach of Agreement
    If the customer fails to meet payment or other obligations, VAULT marketing may suspend services or reclaim goods.
    The customer will be responsible for all legal and collection costs.

9. Jurisdiction
    These terms are governed by South African law.
    VAULT marketing may elect to resolve disputes in either the Magistrates’ or High Court.
